Thomas Mungoven received his J.D. from Saint John’s University School of Law in 2004. He has a B.A. in Theology-Contemporary Religious Studies and an honors degree in critical theory religious studies.
Thomas Mungoven was a student of the late Daido Roshi at Zen Mountain Monastery in Mt. Tremper New York where he formally undertook Tangaryo vows, and later in lay practice undertook the 16 Buddhist precepts of Jukai.
Jason Schaffer received his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law in 2009 and his B.A. from New York University in 1998. He is a contributing author of Goldfeder's Modern Election Law, Third Edition. He currently serves on the Election Law and Government Affairs Committee of the General Practice Section of the New York State Bar Association.
Prior to attending law school, Jason Schaffer worked as a project manager for NBC News.
Shree Parajuli was born in Pokhara, Nepal. He is the president of the Ridgewood Nepalese Society. He earned a bachelor's degree from Tribhuvan University in Nepal. He worked with Lionbridge as a Nepali and Hindi Interpreter. He is a volunteer interpreter with the New York City Bar Association and the Hofstra University political asylum clinic.
Jampa Gyaltso was born in Zogang in the Kham region of Tibet. He became an asylee and is now a U.S. citizen. He speaks Tibetan, Nepali and Hindi. He has over a decade of experience assisting as an interpretor and volunteer for Tibetans and Nepalis seeking refugee in the United States. He has served as an interpretor for numerous law firms and human rights organizations.
Namgyal Gyatso has extensive experience working as an interpreter for clients before USCIS, law firms, and businesses. He is an expert at document translation. He is fluent in Tibetan and Nepali.
